A simple horological puzzle - are you ready?

Do you have an eye for detail?

If so - here is a simple horological puzzle.

Below is the photo of a Rolex 3135 movement which came in today with a time-setting issue.

Question: Can you see what's wrong with it?

I had to use your clue. I can see there is a broken tooth on the setting(?) wheel, so the clutch and winding pinion cannot engage it.
Like this puzzle!
